Michael Scott Feldman

Michael S. Feldman, an Associate Attorney at Backer Law Firm, P.A., represents clients throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Mr. Feldman's practice primarily focuses on handling assessment collections and lien foreclosures for the Firm's Community Association clientele.

Mr. Feldman obtained an undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors, in December of 1998 from the University of Florida, majoring in both Real Estate and Finance. Mr. Feldman continued his education at the University of Florida, and obtained his Juris Doctorate in December of 2001 from the University of Florida, College of Law. While earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Feldman was also enrolled in a joint degree program and concurrently earned a Master of Arts in Real Estate.

Mr. Feldman has been practicing law since May of 2002. In addition to handling assessment collections and lien foreclosures on behalf of community associations, Mr. Feldman's experience includes the handling of real estate transactions, landlord/tenant evictions, as well as consumer bankruptcy matters.
