Attorney Keith F. Backer founded Backer Law Firm, P.A., in Boca Raton, Florida, with a specific vision in mind. He wanted to provide the antidote to what he calls "Large Law Firm Syndrome", a condition where the size of the law firm and its staff overwhelms the clients the firm is supposed to serve. Backer Law Firm strives to give clients what they want: personal and prompt attention, accessibility and an ongoing, lasting personal relationship with their lawyer.

After working for years at one of the largest community association law firms in Florida and after achieving partnership status there, Mr. Backer recognized that clients were frustrated by many of the aspects of dealing with the larger firms — dealing with lawyers in multiple departments, waiting for callbacks after leaving numerous messages and being routinely reassigned to new lawyers due to high turnover.
